We know what it is like to be a student learning something new and difficult, because we never stop learning ourselves.

Everyone who teaches here has been trained and certified as an instructor. Most are also students in other disciplines and are actively working on their own goals.

All of our instructors at Rochester Phoenix Martial Arts have a passion for teaching. We are developing our coaching skills to bring you classes that are challenging, informative, and fun.
