PictureCoach Brennan Strimple
Sensei Brennan Strimple is a lifelong martial artist, he started training when he was only 3 years old! This brought about a passion for the martial arts that continued throughout his life. Sensei Brennan holds ranks in Jiu Jitsu, Kyokushin Karate, Isshin Ryu Karate, Aikido, and Judo. He has had specialized instructor training and has close to twenty years of experience teaching martial arts to both kids and adults. Sensei Brennan teaches all the kids classes, and adult Gi and No Gi Jiu Jitsu.

Coach Chris Smith
Coach Chris Smith Has been training in the martial arts since he was a young teen. With a special interest in injury prevention, Coach Chris goes out of his way to work with students and ensure safety. He is ranked in Karate as well as Jiu Jitsu. He is an active instructor and continues to train himself in both striking and grappling. Coach Chris teaches our Basic Jiu Jitsu class on Monday and Wednesday evenings. If you are new to Jiu Jitsu, Coach Chris is the first instructor you'll be working with!

Sensei Jason Eggleston, pictured center
Sensei Jason Eggelston is a black belt out of Tai Kai Jiu Jitsu. He is a Team Balance affiliate and taught Combatives in the military before his retirement in 2017. He is a charismatic instructor with high expectations of his students. Sensei Jason is still active in his training, furthering his knowledge of Jiu Jitsu by attending seminars, participating in community events, and completing training programs in Jiu Jitsu. He teaches our Advanced Jiu Jitsu classes on Tuesday and Thursday nights.

Coach Jarrett McBride
Coach Jarrett runs our Striking 101 program, a basic Muay Thai Kickboxing class. He is an accomplished martial artist who has actual MMA experience- He won his last Rage in the Cage fight! Coach Jarrett is also an experienced fitness instructor, his classes are awesome for those looking to get in fighting shape. Coach Jarrett is ranked in Taekwondo, cross trains in Jiu Jitsu, and has been training in Kickboxing for X years.
